Gluten-free Salad 45 kr
Quinoa, salad, pickled red onions, semidried cherry tomatoes, chives, topped with either chicken, salmon or avocado and hummus.
Smørrebrød
“Smørrebrød” must be pre-ordered the day before pick-up at 16:00, at the lastest. The minimum order for smørrebrød is 10 pieces.
Eggs and Prawns 50 kr
Sprinkled with fresh herbs and lemon caviar.
Salmon Mousse 50 kr
Homemade salmon mousse with smoked salmon and pickled red onions. Sprinkled with dill and lemon caviar.
Chicken Salad 45 kr
With pickled red onions and a crispy slice of bacon. Sprinkled with cress.
Roast Beef 45 kr
Classic style with “remoulade”, roasted onions and homemade cucumber salad. Sprinkled with sprouts.
“Danish Style” Meatball 50 kr
Sprinkled with red cabbage, homemade cucumber salad and watercress.
Chicken 45 kr
On a base of “gammelknas” cheese. Sprinkled with semi-dried cherry tomatoes and chives.
Potato 40 kr vegetarian
Sprinkled with three kinds of onions: pickled, roasted and chives.
Avocado 45 kr vegetarian
On a layer of “gammelknas” cheese. Sprinkled with semi-dried cherry tomatoes and chili flakes.

Our sandwiches are made with four different types of bread from Il Fornaio: focaccia, ciabatta, sourdough, and rye bread rolls. Specific breads are used for the different sandwich varieties.
